How do I make an appointment?

Where will the appointment take place?
At either of the two locations I have in Hampshire.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Your outfit.
How much will it cost?
A small deposit is required. This can start from as little as £15.00 upwards to £40.00. The cost to hire a hat, fascinator or handbag ranges from £15.00 upwards to £40.00.
How is payment made?
Cash or BACS payment. A cheque is acceptable, however this method will need to be made in advance to allow for clearance. The return of deposit, if applicable, will be made in the same way it was paid.
When can I have the item I have hired?
Once the deposit has been paid and within the dates agreed to hire. However if an order has been placed more than 6 weeks in advance then another appointment will have to be made for collection.
What is your return policy?
Any item must be returned by 6pm on the third day of hire. However, flexible terms can be applied upon request.
Do I need to return the hat box ?
Yes, all items must be returned in the box and in the same condition provided.
Why do I need to pay a deposit ?
Deposits need to be made in the event of damage to any item you have hired including the box provided.
What happens if I damage or lose the hired items? (including the box)
If this is the case then the deposit will not be returned to the customer and will be used to pay for any repairs or replacement of the item. If the item is returned in the same condition at point of hire the deposit will be returned.
Do I need to sign anything?
You will be required to sign the form at the bottom of the Ts & Cs page. I will have these forms ready for signature when you come to collect the item you have hired.
